We have a no refund policy, but in extreme weather conditions we are happy to change your tickets for another day.

Up to 6 passengers can ride in each Gondola.

Any age can ride the wheel, the ride is a gentle ride suitable for small children and the elderly. Children under 12 will need to be accompanied by a paying adult.

The Observation Wheel stands at an impressive 110ft giving excellent views of The River Thames, Windsor Castle and surrounding areas.

We are open from 11am - 9pm weekends, Bank Holidays and School Holidays Midweek Monday-Friday (not during school holidays) 1pm-9pm.
