Terms and Conditions for PLHR Events Limited trading as / The Royal Windsor Wheel General Rules and Conditions

• The Royal Windsor Wheel reserves the right to withdraw or change any offers without prior notice.

• On very rare occasions weather can stop play,meaning The Royal Windsor Wheel will close or may not open.

• The Royal Windsor Wheel may be temporarily closed, withdrawn or otherwise unavailable at any time due to technical or operational reasons, power failure or unforeseen weather conditions.

• We have a NO refund policy, Tickets are non refundable, in adverse weather conditions we will change your booking to another date.

• PLHR Events reserves the right to close The Royal Windsor Wheel early for the safety of our guests and staff.

• Please read the signs upon entry and observe the rules for your safety.

• Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible person, aged 16 or over, at all times.

• Participants take part at their own risk.

• Pregnant women are not allowed to ride.

• Do not ride If you have any pre-existing conditions/medical conditions .

• Do not ride is you have panic attaks or phobias of hieghts.

• Do not ride if you have had an operation within the last 12 months.

• Do not ride if you are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

• Participants must stay seated at all times.

• Participants must keep arms and legs inside the Gondola/Carrige at all times.

• The Wheel Operator’s instructions must be obeyed at all times and the Management reserve the right to refuse entry onto the atttraction to any person without reason. Safety rules are strictly observed.

• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• Vouchers are not transferable and accordingly may not be sold or passed to any third party without prior permission. Onsite Rules

• We operate a NO SMOKING POLICY within the attraction, this includes the use of electronic cigarettes 

• The management of reserves the right to refuse entry onto the Wheel to any person without reason and to carry out any searches of belongings or persons prior to or after entry to the Wheel for reasons of security.

• Please note the following with regard to Wheel admission:

◦ Any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/ or found possessing, using or who appears to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted off site without the right to refund.

◦ Any person found to be in the possession of an article deemed to be offensive or dangerous will be either refused admission or immediately escorted from the Site without the right to a refund and be open to prosecution.

◦ The Royal Windsor Wheel is committed to ensuring that all our employees are treated with dignity and respect. We will therefore not tolerate any form of violence or aggression by our guests which may affect our staff or the enjoyment of our other guests. Admission will be refused or the guest will be escorted from the Site without right to refund.

◦ Animals are not permitted on The Royal Windsor Wheel

◦ Skateboards, Roller Skates, Hoverboards, Roller Blades, Wheeled Shoes/’Heelys’, Bikes, Trikes or Scooters are banned from entering the Wheel for Health and Safety reasons.

◦ Guests are requested to wear a shirt/top at all times.

◦ By entering the Site you consent to us photographing or filming you and using the resulting pictures for any promotional purpose without payment to you.

◦ If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact Guest Information on arrival, which is situated at main Ticket booth.

◦ PLHR Events will not be held responsible for any photography carried out at the site by a third party. For more information please see our privacy policy. Violence and Aggression Policy The Royal Windsor Wheel will not tolerate any form of aggression or any act or threat of violence to a member of our staff or guest at the Wheel. If such an incident should occur, steps will be taken to evict the person from the Site and if necessary the Police will be called. Examples of threatening or violent behaviour include:

• Intimidation such as shouting or swearing.

• Threatening behaviour in the form of verbal threats, gestures and obstruction etc.

• Possession of any weapon, regardless of the lack of any overt threat to use it.

• Being incapable whilst under the influence of drink & / or drugs.

• Any unwanted physical contact. • Personal insults. • Sexual or racial harassment. Tickets • PLHR Events reserves the right to withdraw or change ticketing offers without prior notice

• Any “Special Offers” cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.

• If buying online, confirmation of your purchase will be emailed to your registered email address and must presented to the cashier at the Ticket Booth.

• We do not issue refunds on Tickets.

• Ticket(s) will be activated and only be able to be used for the date of booking.

• 1 Ticket per person. Tickets Cannot be used for multiple people.

• No refunds. Non-transferrable. Lost or Damaged Property

• PLHR Events cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to belongings, personal items or clothing whilst visiting the Site,on/in the Wheel and the surrounding areas.

• Visitors must adhere to Wheel Operators instructions and must not leave belongings or personal items unattended.

• In the event any lost items are found or handed in to The Royal Windsor Wheel’s Ticket Booth,customers may reclaim their property here.

• Unclaimed lost property items older than 30 days may be destroyed unless awaiting pre-arranged collection.
